Everything was simply great. Had a very good stay for 4 nights, liked location and staff. Lots of meals for breakfast, including fresh fruit, cakes, yoghourt, eggs and pastries.

The place was fairly clean and cosy, had exceptional staff in disgust and frightened of what the manager was going to do next. The cold buffet breakfast was gorgeous and adequate with vegan options, fresh croissants and cheese.
The bed was too soft, that's sad thing.

My experience at this delightful hotel was brilliant. Clean pool, panoramic views, amazing friendly staff. Cute location, really close to the ocean and the hill and the cliff, nonetheless the area itself was quite poor. Great reception.

cozy beds, very approachable staff, good breakfast. fabulous rooms in an incredibly comfortable location. it was also between the cliffs. i enjoyed the authentic restaurant, where i had dinner. very quick check-in was a bonus.
Not so great views and internet connection was low.

The breakfast was SATISFACTORY and the place was fairly clean. We stayed in a double room and loved an a decent size bathroom. Beds were really comfy + balcony was little. The staff was caring and was willing to help.

had a fine stay here. the staff was brilliant, nothing was to much trouble and they were more than helpful. compact room, individual. lots of food for a continental breakfast. shopping area, super location. also, marina grande was 1 mile away.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Sorrento, greatly enjoyed it. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Room overlooked garden.
The bathrooms are dirty.
